What Happened
On or about October 28, 2025, Artisans’ learned that a third-party vendor, Marquis Software Solutions, had determined through an investigation that at least as early as August 14, 2025, an unauthorized third party had gained access to personal information on Marquis systems. Marquis conducted an investigation, which resulted in Artisans’ only recently learning that their customer information may have been impacted.
The breach involved unauthorized access to the personal information of Artisans’ Bank customers, specifically names and Social Security numbers. The incident affected over 32,000 individuals, with the breach occurring on August 14, 2025.
