What Happened

We completed a time-intensive and comprehensive review to determine whether any personal information was contained within the files. We are notifying individuals based on the results of this review.

The breach involved unauthorized access to the organization’s systems, affecting individuals whose names and Social Security numbers were compromised. The breach occurred on August 5, 2025, and was discovered on November 20, 2025.
