What Happened
On June 29, 2025, HFM experienced a disruption to our company network. We took immediate action to secure our systems and partnered with specialists to investigate the nature and scope of the disruption. As part of our investigation, we confirmed that data was taken from our network on July 3, 2025. We then sought out to perform a thorough review of the data for the presence of sensitive personal information, to identify whom the information belonged to, and the last known address for notifying those individuals out of an abundance of caution. This review concluded on November 7, 2025. We are now notifying potentially impacted individuals, though we have no evidence of any actual or attempted fraud or misuse as a result of this incident to date.
