Jenkins reviewed the files involved and on September 26, 2025, identified one or more files containing the name and Social Security number of one Maine resident. On December 19, 2025, Jenkins mailed a notification letter via U.S. First-Class mail to the Maine resident whose information was contained in the files involved in the incident. A copy of the notification is enclosed. Jenkins is offering one-year of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services to the notified individual. Jenkins has also established a toll-free call center to answer any questions notified individuals may have. To help prevent something like this from happening again, Jenkins has taken steps to enhance its existing security protocols.
