What Happened
On May 14, 2025, we detected suspicious activity within one (1) employee’s email account. We promptly initiated an investigation of the matter and engaged cybersecurity specialists to assist with the incident response. As a result, we determined that this was an isolated event, but that certain files may have been accessed or acquired without authorization on May 19, 2025. We then worked with a third-party vendor to undertake a comprehensive review of the employee’s mailbox and, on or about [NCOA Date], learned that some of your personal information was contained within one of the files. Please note, we have no evidence of the misuse, or attempted misuse, of any potentially impacted information.
The breach affected 882 individuals, potentially compromising personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, and other identifiers. The breach was originally detected on May 14, 2025, and discovered on October 1, 2025.
