What Happened
Lumena Financial Strategies (“Lumena”) discovered on September 23, 2025 that a threat actor accessed our computer systems without a direct business need. The threat actor utilized ransomware to encrypt some of our systems on that date. We were able to stop the continued intrusion and have remediated and corrected the issues with our data system. At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that there has been any attempt to misuse any client information.
