What Happened. On June 23, 2025, Luminate became aware of unusual activity involving our network systems. We engaged independent cybersecurity experts to assist with a comprehensive investigation of the activity. The investigation determined that certain files may have been accessed or acquired without authorization between May 16, 2025 and May 20, 2025. As a result, we conducted a review of the potentially affected files and, in November 2025, learned that some of your information was contained within the potentially affected data.
The breach, which occurred between May 15 and May 20, 2025, affected individuals whose personal information, such as names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and passport numbers, may have been accessed without authorization.
