What Happened

On Aug 30, 2025, we were alerted to suspicious activity within our network. In response, we launched an investigation with the help of third-party forensic experts. We also took measures to contain the incident, including quarantining assets, disabling affected accounts and domains, blocking access to our network, resetting passwords for affected accounts, and contacting law enforcement. Based on our in-depth investigation to date, supported by our external experts, it appears that an unknown third-party gained unauthorized access to a limited set of electronically stored personal information between August 30, 2025 and August 31, 2025. As a result of our detailed analysis of the information impacted, we recently determined that certain of your personal information was included in the electronic data accessed during the incident. Our investigation has not revealed evidence of fraudulent data use. However, we have provided information you can use to proactively take steps to protect yourself and your information.

The breach, discovered on August 30, 2025, affected individuals whose personal information was stored electronically. The investigation revealed unauthorized access by an unknown third party, but no evidence of fraudulent data use was found.

The protection package also includes features like credit monitoring and $1 million in identity theft insurance.
