What Happened
On February 28, 2025, we first became aware of unusual activity that disrupted access to certain IT systems within our network. After detecting and promptly containing the incident, we launched an investigation with the support of external cybersecurity experts to learn more about the scope of the incident and determine if any data may have been affected. Through that investigation, we learned on March 5, 2025, that an unknown actor potentially acquired certain files from our network. In order to determine whether personal information was acquired and, if so, identify the subject individuals, we then undertook a comprehensive review of those files and we learned on September 10, 2025, that some of your personal information was contained within the potentially affected data, which is the reason for this notification.
The breach affected various individuals whose personal information was contained in the compromised files, with the firm being notified of the breach on February 28, 2025. The investigation confirmed the involvement of unauthorized access to certain IT systems.
