What Happened
On or about January 11, 2025, PTI was notified by the managed security service provider for the OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas (ªOYOº), of unusual activity in the hotel and casino’s shared network environment. OYO launched an investigation into the suspicious activity which determined that certain PTI information may have been copied by an unauthorized actor as part of the event. This activity occurred between January 8, 2025, and January 11, 2025. Upon learning of the scope of PTI information involved, PTI began a comprehensive review of the data set to determine what sensitive and/or personal information was impacted and to whom it related. On September 18, 2025, PTI finished its review of the impacted information.
The breach affected personal information of individuals, and PTI was notified of unusual activity on January 11, 2025. The breach occurred between January 8, 2025, and January 11, 2025, affecting 4,742 individuals.
