What Happened

Parexel is one of many Oracle customers believed to be impacted by this incident.
The breach occurred between August 9, 2025, and October 5, 2025, when unauthorized activity was detected on Parexel’s Oracle environment. The incident affected a portion of their Oracle cloud infrastructure, and it was discovered on November 20, 2025. The breach primarily impacted individuals whose personal information was stored in the compromised environment.
