That investigation revealed that certain information may have been copied by an unauthorized individual as part of the event. This activity occurred sometime between July 10, 2025, and July 25, 2025. PCA then began a comprehensive review of the data set to determine what sensitive and/or personal information was impacted and to whom it related. On October 23, 2025, PCA finished its review of the impacted information.
The breach affected individuals whose information was potentially copied by an unauthorized person during the period between July 10 and July 25, 2025. PCA discovered the breach on October 23, 2025, and has since been investigating the scope of the compromised data.

Identity Theft Protection Services
PCA is offering affected individuals access to identity theft protection services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company. These services include Single Bureau Credit Monitoring, Single Bureau Credit Report, and Single Bureau Credit Score services, provided free of charge for twelve months. The services offer alerts when there are changes to the individual’s credit file. In addition, proactive fraud assistance is available to help individuals manage any issues or questions related to potential identity theft. Impacted individuals must enroll in these services within 90 days of receiving the notification to benefit from the protection offered.
