What Happened

On February 22, 2025, we experienced suspicious activity within our network and promptly initiated an investigation of the matter, including engaging cybersecurity experts to assist with the process. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that certain files may have been accessed or acquired without authorization. With the assistance of cybersecurity experts, we then conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted information, and on November 26, 2025, learned that certain personal information was contained within the affected data set.

The breach occurred on February 4, 2025, and was discovered on November 26, 2025. The affected individuals included clients of Raymond Snell, CPA, who had their personal information potentially accessed or acquired without authorization.

Next Steps

Affected users are advised to remain vigilant by reviewing their account statements and credit reports closely. If any suspicious activity is detected, it is recommended to promptly notify the financial institution or company where the account is maintained. Users should also report any fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities, the state attorney general, and/or the Federal Trade Commission.
