Although the total number of individuals affected is not disclosed, it is confirmed that six Maine residents were impacted. The breach occurred on January 13, 2025, and was discovered on August 7, 2025.
What Happened
We are writing to inform you that Space Coast Vascular was subject to a criminal cyberattack that impacted our systems (the “Incident”). With assistance from third-party experts, we took immediate steps to secure our systems and investigate the nature and scope of the Incident. As part of our extensive investigation, we worked diligently to identify any protected health information (“PHI”) and personally identifiable information (“PII”) that may have been subject to unauthorized access or acquisition as a result of the Incident. On or about August 7, 2025, we determined that the Incident may have impacted PHI or PII related to you. However, we have not found any evidence that your information was misused. We take this matter very seriously and sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience it may cause you.
