What Happened
On February 6, 2025, SRP became aware of suspicious activity on our computer network. We promptly commenced an investigation with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists to determine the nature and scope of the activity. The investigation determined that there was unauthorized access to our network between February 3, 2025, and February 6, 2025, and that, during that period of unauthorized access, certain information stored within our network was accessed and/or copied without permission. We therefore undertook a comprehensive and time-intensive review of the involved files, with the assistance of third-party specialists, to determine what types of information were impacted, to whom that information related, and to identify contact information for purposes of providing notifications. That process recently completed, and we are providing you with notification given that your information was contained within the impacted files.
The breach affected various individuals whose sensitive information, including Social Security numbers and financial data, was accessed without authorization. The breach occurred on February 3, 2025.
