What Happened
On or about January 14, 2025, we detected a network security incident, in which an unauthorized third-party attempted to access our network environment. We immediately engaged third-party forensic specialists to assist us with securing the network environment and investigating the extent of any unauthorized activity. Our investigation, which concluded on August 22, 2025, determined an unauthorized third party acquired certain individual personal information during this incident. A thorough review of the impacted data determined that some of your personal information was present in the impacted data set. We then took steps to notify you of the incident as quickly as possible.
The breach primarily impacted employees of The Branch Group, Inc., with personal data potentially accessed by unauthorized parties. The breach occurred on January 13, 2025.
