What Happened
On May 3, 2024, we discovered unusual activity on our network and began an investigation with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists. Our investigation determined there was unauthorized access to one of our servers hosted by our managed IT services provider (MSP), All Covered, between April 13, 2024 and May 3, 2024 as a result of a security incident affecting our MSP. Thereafter, we conducted a review of any impacted portions of the server and our network to determine the information contained therein and to whom it related.
The breach involved unauthorized access to a server hosted by their managed IT services provider, resulting in the exposure of personal information. The incident affected various individuals, including at least three residents from Maine, and was discovered on May 20, 2025.

Affected individuals are encouraged to activate this complimentary service to help safeguard their personal information from potential misuse.
